Portfolio: RSDP Digital Client Work and Case Studies

The Challenge

Maduro previously had a website, but the domain was bought out from under them and the site stopped functioning. Their existing email subscriber list was also difficult to access, tied up with an overseas contact, adding another hurdle to rebuilding their digital presence. They had strong in-person loyalty but nothing online to capture new customers, communicate events, or reflect the quality of the experience inside.

The Approach

Built a brand-new custom website from the ground up designed to match the premium, intimate feel of the physical space. The site needed to earn trust at a glance, communicate the atmosphere, and give regulars and first-time visitors a reason to walk in. I also tracked down and recovered their existing email subscriber list, migrating it into a new Mailchimp program so no past contacts were lost. The site has been live since June 2026, and I continue to manage and maintain both the website and email program on an ongoing basis.

The Challenge

Corkscrew Deli had no social media presence at all, no Facebook page, no Instagram, nothing. As a family-owned business focused on authenticity over aggressive marketing, they needed a presence that felt genuine rather than promotional, without the pressure of a large content calendar.

The Approach

I built both the Facebook and Instagram pages from scratch, posting the first content on September 30, 2025. After establishing the foundation, I moved to a consistent, focused weekly posting rhythm starting December 1, 2025, real menu items and real personality, with no filler content or forced trends. I continue to manage both pages on an ongoing basis.
